It folds down into four sections rather than three - giving a smaller swing space in the room below, which makes it a better fit for tighter landings or stairwells than the standard 3-section Komfort. It's supplied fully assembled and fits using Fakro's click-fit system, so it's designed to go from box to ceiling with minimal on-site labour.
