The Keylite Loft Hatch & Ladder Combo provides a complete, high-quality loft access solution, combining a fully insulated loft hatch with a premium timber folding loft ladder. Available in a range of hatch sizes and ladder lengths, each combination is designed for safe, convenient access to your loft while delivering excellent thermal performance and simple installation.

• KYL01 - 550 x 1000mm - up to 2800mm
• KYL02 - 550 x 1200mm - up to 2800mm
• KYL03 - 550 x 1200mm - up to 3200mm

• KYL06 - 600 x 1200mm - up to 3200mm
• KYL07 - 700 x 1000mm - up to 2800mm
• KYL08 - 700 x 1200mm - up to 2800mm

Designed with both installers and homeowners in mind, every Keylite Loft Hatch & Ladder Combo features Keylite's innovative Flick-Fit® installation system, allowing for a faster, easier installation from below the loft. The detachable timber ladder simplifies fitting, making one-person installation possible while reducing installation time.

The insulated loft hatch helps minimise heat loss and improve energy efficiency, while the robust timber ladder offers a safe working load of up to 160kg, providing reliable access for everyday use.
