The Manthorpe GL250-03 is an insulated, twist-catch loft access door built to fit the smaller 562 x 726mm opening common on older and refurbishment properties. A three-point twist-action catch pulls the frame tight for a secure, draught-sealed fit, and the hinge system lets the door drop down or lift out completely for full, unobstructed access to the loft space - a straightforward refurb swap for loft installers and general trades.

• Structural opening required: 562mm x 726mm – confirm against the existing ceiling opening before ordering (this is the smaller, older-style opening; for the larger 686 x 856mm size, see the GL250)
• Material: polystyrene frame and panel – clean with a solvent-free damp cloth only, do not use abrasive cleaners
