The Werner 76002 is a genuine two-section aluminium loft ladder, sized for lofts with a hatch-to-floor height of 2.13m to 2.69m - the range that covers most standard UK loft installations. It comes complete with an integrated handrail as standard, giving a secure handhold on the way up and down, which matters when you're carrying tools, boarding or insulation into the loft.

Built and tested to BS EN 14975, the European safety standard for loft ladders, it's a straightforward fit for tradesmen supplying and fitting ladders on customer jobs, and robust enough for daily use on-site.

Important Information

• Check your loft hatch height falls within the 2.13m-2.69m range before ordering - outside this range, you'll need a 3-section ladder or an extension kit instead
• Maximum load rating is 150kg (23 stone 9lb) - don't exceed this when carrying tools or materials up the ladder
• Sold as the ladder unit only - loft hatch, insulation and boarding are sold separately
• Fitting requires basic hand tools; if you're supplying and fitting for a customer, we'd always recommend a final safety check once installed
